heart pain , throat infection, back hurts, migrain
so nice wad a fcking nice combo for me
just took 4 painkillers, feeling a little better. but still i feel like ... words carn describe wad i'm going thru
couldn't slp last nite yet again
had a chat of fish, we r on the same boat just that he is worst
we seriously dunno wad to do
y must al this happen to us when we are really planning to get serious in life
well life just never seems right for me never.
anyway just an update, even though no one's reading but its ok
went to CGH sports clinic seen Dr. Ben tan...
after checking me, he said that i have an early stage of slip disc just that it's not so serious yet, my knee cap's joint is out of place...
he insist tt i under go pyshiotherapy for 6 weeks for my knee and back
before i go for x ray

got that ??? no more sports no more dreams everything's dashed
